Position Overview 职位综述

Focus on Direct Sales on CAE software, working closely with Technical team & Marketing to deliver growth in sales.

    专注于CAE软件直销, 紧密地与技术部门和市场部门协作,以实现业务增长

 

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

  • Define Local Sales Strategy & plans in multiple industries that Concepts NREC serves.

在CN服务的领域内,确定本土销售策略及计划

  • Tighten up customer relationships

加强用户关系

  • Accomplish the sales target, by

实现销售目标, 通过

  • Contributing to direct sales pursuits, enhance and accelerate sales pipeline, drive the marketing and product alignment activities.

贡献于直销业务,丰富并加速销售机会,推动产品和市场结合

  • Coordinating with Technical team and Marketing team in preparing, editing, and presenting briefings & Press release; hosting discussions with customers, represent Concepts NREC at tradeshows, conferences & events.

与技术部门和市场部门配合,准备,编辑,发表简报和新闻发布,主持与客户的会议,在展会,会议及公开活动上展示Concepts NREC

  • Leveraging established relationships at customers and has the ability to interact with various customer; from engineers to executives.

利用现有的客户关系,具备与不同客户互动的能力,从工程师到管理层

  • Assisting the customers in meeting their requirements and capability gaps with those capabilities, products, and technologies available or being developed by Concepts NREC.使用 Concepts NREC 可用或正在开发的产品、技术和能力,帮助客户满足要求,缩小能力差距

 

Qualifications 任职要求

  • Ethical and reliable, Integrity, positive, passionate, strong in collaboration.

诚信可靠,正直,积极,富有激情,团队协作能力强

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics or Mechanical Engineering.

工程热力学、流体力学或机械工程相关专业本科

  • Fluent English skills.

熟练的英语

  • Excellent learning capability.

出色的学习能力

  • At least 5 years of related working experience on direct sales in turbomachinery industry. A proven record is needed.

叶轮机械行业内至少五年的直销经验,且有真实可信的记录

  • Ability to plan, navigate and negotiate a sophisticated sale process.

针对复杂销售过程的计划、引导和协商能力

  • Be able to travel frequently. (Up to 70% approximately).

可频繁出差(至多约70%)

 

 

Preferred 优先的

  • Knowledge of turbomachinery design software.

熟悉叶轮机械设计软件

  • Well understanding to in Industrial Compressor, Gas-Turbine Market with rich Sales and Technical experience.

对工业压缩机,燃气轮机行业有充分了解,有相关行业销售及技术经验

  • Working Experience at End users from turbomachinery industry

叶轮机械行业终端用户的工作经验

  • Master’s degree related to Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics or Turbomachinery Engineering.

工程热力学、流体力学或机械工程相关专业硕士学位
